You will also work with the global artwork team and colleagues from all over the world.The roleAre you a creative and proactive thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for both precise grammar and vivid, expressive language? Does your writing style instantly grab attention while delivering key information in a concise, engaging manner?We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to provide translation and artwork services. You will localise and artwork all Lush’s content into Polish, ensuring the tone of voice fits the brand and sounds natural to Polish-speaking customers.This is a fully remote role, so we are looking for someone who thrives in an independent working environment. A high level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and personal accountability is essential - you should feel comfortable managing your own workload, taking initiative, and driving projects forward without close supervision.You will work closely alongside our Artworker/Translator counterpart, collaborating on product, campaign, and other translation projects to ensure consistency and excellence across all outputs.   • Support localisation for labels, signage, digital platforms, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Manage and proofread translations for accuracy and quality.
  • Adapt and transcreate customer-facing copy, including wordplay, humour, and cultural references, to ensure it feels natural and engaging in Polish while staying true to Lush’s tone of voice.
  • Checking ingredient information for accuracy and compliance where needed.
  • Understand and apply legal restrictions, such as the Green Claims Act.
  • Localise external brand communications (e.g., newsletters, campaign toolkits, social media, Lush Times).
  • Collaborate with the Digital Team for SEO-optimised copywriting.
  • Coordinate with buying teams and creatives to keep product information up to date for staff and customers.
  • Work closely with the Artworker/Translator counterpart on shared translation and localisation projects to ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and quality.

25% Artwork

  • Adapt global artworks for local print processes, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Proof check artwork before printing.
  • Handle orders and liaise with external printers.
  • Occasionally, create locally relevant on-brand artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Ongoing – Project Management

  • Manage assigned projects with proactive communication.
  • Coordinate artwork/translation deadlines with stakeholders (e.g. shops, printer, digital).
  • Ensure team updates and effective file management.
  • Employing a strong commercial mindset to effectively represent the business in Polish across all touchpoints and provide the best possible experience.
  • Take ownership of tasks and timelines in a remote environment, demonstrating strong initiative and follow-through.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in written Polish with strong proficiency in Lush’s English source materials.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, dedicated to meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud for updating content and producing print-ready files.
  • Tech-savvy with logical use of systems and databases.
  • Highly organised, capable of managing various content and files methodically.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setup.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, particularly an Artworker/Translator counterpart, on shared deliverables.
  • SEO writing experience for web content, email campaigns, and print magazines is a plus.
