Localizationjobs is a project that launched in January 2026. What began as a shared Google Sheet on LinkedIn has grown into a friendly and inclusive job board with thousands of visitors each month from all horizons.
The goal is simple: to leverage all the resources that 15 years in the industry have provided me and make them fully available to the global linguistics community. Ad-free and free of charge, I hope the platform will change careers and destinies for as many job seekers as possible.
Disclaimer: This is the first version of the job board; I built it myself, and my web design skills are limited. I will continue to improve it over time to provide you with the best possible experience.

Hi! I'm Theo Cuny. I joined the video game industry in 2006 (Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Riot Games, Epic Games, Tencent Games, etc.) and specialize in video game localization.
I love coming up with and creating experiences, working on game mechanics, and putting my experience and knowledge to work for causes greater than myself.
LocalizationJobs is built for the people who make products accessible to the world.
Whether you're a linguist looking for work or a recruiter looking for a magician who can localize content, this platform is designed to help you discover new opportunities within the industry.
The goal is simple: make it easier for localization professionals to find relevant roles/experts without digging through dozens of unrelated listings. If you work in localization, chances are this platform was built for you.
“If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.”
More than just an industry, we are a community of enthusiasts. Whether it’s games, medical, technical, or even legal content, we all share a passion for words, a love of cultures, and a desire to share our knowledge.
Behind every localized experience is a network of professionals ensuring that content feels natural, culturally appropriate, and accessible to an international audience, regardless of their culture, language, or beliefs.
LocalizationJobs aims to support this ecosystem by helping studios and professionals connect more efficiently within this specialized space.
It’s hard to talk about our industry without addressing its challenges. AI is at the center of every conversation these days, whether it’s about fears of its impact on our jobs or the need for companies to adapt in order to survive.
In my daily search for opportunities, I inevitably face the dilemma of how to integrate AI into this job board. I intentionally ignore 90% of AI training job postings, but I may miss some; either inadvertently or because a posting involves a language that would otherwise have no chance of being represented. Ultimately, this board gives you access to the listings and lets you decide for yourself what is good and fair.
There are, however, a few companies that I strongly recommend you avoid—not only because of their unethical approach to AI, but also because of the way they handle your data: Alignerr, Meridial by Invisible Technologies, Crossing Hurdles, and Micro1.
