✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🚀 Efficiently manage translation requests while adhering to internal procedures
🚀 Review AI-assisted translations and perform final quality checks and to ensure compliance with our quality standards, terminology, style guides and customer expectations
🚀 Keep a sharp eye on operational and official deadlines
🚀 Provide support on our CAT tool technology
🚀 Contribute to quality processes by proposing innovative improvements to platform functionalities and templates
🚀 Strengthen the team dynamic and play a role in sharing best practices across the company
✅ THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You're highly organized, structured, and calm under pressure. You possess a high attention to detail combined with empathy for your customers. You can easily handle multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a team. You are also comfortable with managing recurring tasks.
You will primarily work on German-language content. You have a native level of German and a near-native level of English and French. Please note that German is mandatory for this position.
You thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, and are happy to actively participate in its development.
You're a problem-solver with a curious mind, and would enjoy being involved in the creation and growth of a start-up.
