We are hiring: Translation Project ManagerTranscripta is a leading translation services provider with more than 20 years of experience working for international and local clients.To support its continuous growth, Transcripta is currently looking for a motivated Translation Project Manager working from its Valletta office to assist in managing translation projects.Responsibilities include:- Coordinating translation projects throughout all the phases of the customer cycle, from customer enquiry to final project delivery- Analysing, formatting and processing customers’ documents and assigning them to the most suitable translator and reviser- Monitoring project status by updating project management software- Performing quality checks at various stages of the process to ensure quality and accuracy in compliance with ISO 17100- Managing project timelines and ensuring timely deliveryQualifications:Minimum requirement is a University Degree preferably in one of these areas: project management, business administration, languages or translation studies.The ideal candidates should:- Have previous work experience in a similar role- Be able to work as part of a team- Have excellent linguistic, numerical and IT skills- Have excellent spoken and written skills in English and at least two other languages. - Proficiency in German and/or Arabic will be considered an asset.- Have strong customer service skills- Possess excellent communication, analytical, multitasking and interpersonal skills- Be an EU/EEA citizen or have long-term residency status in the European Union.Attractive remuneration commensurate with experience and qualifications will be offered to the chosen candidate.Interested candidates are to send a detailed Curriculum Vitae in Europass format, accompanied with a motivation letter in English to jobs@transcripta.com by not later than Friday 3 July 2026.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
