For our client, we are seeking a Translation Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $117,000 – $175,000 annuallyResponsibilities
- Manage and implement localization of website content in a CMS across multiple languages
- Design and document repeatable translation workflows emphasizing quality
- Serve as primary contact for translation projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Track project timelines, dependencies, and risks, communicating status effectively
- Ensure content meets quality standards through defined review processes
- Collaborate with Web Strategy Team on design and UX alignment for content
- Identify and propose improvements for gaps in translation processes
Qualifications
- 3-5 years managing multi-lingual translation projects, focusing on web content
- Experience coordinating translation workflows with content owners
- Strong understanding of CMS-driven publishing and content updates
- Excellent written communication skills for clarity in translation
- Demonstrated judgment in maintaining translation quality
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-starter with a solutions-driven mindset
