We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in London or Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As Manager of the Translations Department, you will work closely with the Regional Head of Client Management to lead our translation function, ensuring high-quality, timely and cost-effective delivery of translations into English to the business. In this pivotal role you will provide operational leadership, quality oversight and continuous improvement. You will manage a team of Translation Specialists and a Translations Project Co-ordinator.Lead and develop a team of Translation Specialists to provide the business with high-quality, timely and cost-effective translations from French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch into English.
