‍Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Thai Translator for Business. Based in Munich with flexibility to work remotely, the Thai Translator will be responsible for accurately translating business documents, emails, reports, marketing materials, and other relevant communications from Thai to English and vice versa. The role includes localizing content to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality with sensitive materials. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with Thai-speaking stakeholders to support business operations and ensure alignment with cultural nuances.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Thai and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages
• Proficiency in translation and localization, with attention to cultural nuances
• Excellent proofreading, editing, and quality assurance skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with business terminology and ability to translate complex concepts effectively
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and translation software
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid structure and as part of a team
• Relevant translation certification or degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, or related disciplines is a plus
• Prior experience in business, marketing, or corporate communications translation is highly desirable
