I'm #hiring an Thai Language Owner to launch and take full ownership of WEEX's Thai-language experience and champion culturally relevant, high-impact content for Thai users.You’ll be the voice of Thai users across our product, website, app, and marketing channels—working closely with localization, product, growth, and BD teams to help us win in the Thai market.Our ideal candiadte will be able to work with us full-time for the first three months and then transition into a part-time (10/hr week) arrangement.What you’ll do- Own high-impact Thai-language content across product, web, and marketing.- Translate, localize, review, and QA content from English → Thai.- Adapt global messaging to resonate with Thai users while preserving intent and tone.- Partner cross-functionally with localization managers, product, marketing, growth, BD, and ops.- Provide linguistic, cultural, and market insights to improve content performance and user experience.- Support SEO and organic growth initiatives for the Thai market.What we’re looking for- Native Thai proficiency with strong English.- 3+ years’ experience in translation, localization, or language ownership roles.- Hands-on experience with localization workflows (TMs, termbases, TMS platforms).- Strong understanding of Thai digital culture, user behavior, and market preferences.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Nice to have- Experience in crypto, fintech, or finance.- SEO, content strategy, or growth experience for Thai audiences.- Prior in-house/client-side linguist experience.- Familiarity with Phrase or similar TMS tools.Interested?- Please connect with Meng Hsien L. or Rebecca Jia
