The Role
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creating product documentation, including user guides, technical system documentation, and release/update information, while collaborating closely with agile teams.
• Optimize documentation processes to enhance efficiency and clarity for all stakeholders.
• Actively support the migration of documentation tools, ensuring seamless content transfer.
• Review and update existing documentation to continuously evolve information standards.
• Manage the translation of documents to ensure international accessibility of information.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience as a technical writer, copywriter, or translator with a demonstrated ability to create sophisticated documentation.
• A degree in philology or a comparable qualification.
• The ability to articulate complex subjects clearly and precisely, with a strong command of language.
• Excellent German and English language skills for engaging with national and international audiences.
• A structured, meticulous approach to work and strong teamwork skills.
