Role Overview: We are seeking a Software Functional Tester with proficiency in French to validate and ensure the quality of our contact center applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing of enterprise applications, strong analytical skills, and the ability to validate application behavior in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for contact center applications (IVR, CTI, CRM integrations, chat, email, and voice).
• Validate user interfaces, workflows, and customer journeys in French and English to ensure seamless bilingual experience.
• Review requirements, create detailed test cases, and execute them across multiple platforms.
• Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
• Participate in UAT support with business users, especially for French-speaking markets.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, usability, and language localization standards.
• Provide clear and detailed testing documentation and test evidence. Required Skills &
Qualifications
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of experience in functional testing of enterprise or contact center applications.
• Experience testing IVR, telephony, CRM, or customer service platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, ALM, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Nice to Have
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cyara, etc.).
• Knowledge of banking or financial services domain (if applicable to your client/project).
• Exposure to performance testing or voice application testing tools.
