Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kallithéa. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end management of translation projects, from initial scoping and planning through execution, quality assurance, and delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external teams, managing timelines and budgets, resolving issues, and ensuring all deliverables meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. The role involves frequent communication with clients to clarify needs, provide status updates, and manage expectations, while continuously optimizing processes and workflows. The Project Manager also mentors project team members, contributes to resource planning, and supports improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, for planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex translation projects.
  • Experience in managing workflows, resource allocation, and on-time delivery of multi-language projects.
  • Inspection and quality control capabilities to review outputs, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and maintain consistent quality.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term partnerships.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to risk management.
  • Experience in translation, localization, or related language services is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; Familiarity with translation management systems.
