Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstAs a Senior Associate, Localization, you will play a critical role in executing and scaling Humana’s enterprise localization efforts, ensuring high‑quality, culturally aligned, and compliant communications for diverse audiences. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end localization workflows—from intake through delivery—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with established standards.You will operate as a key partner in driving consistency and efficiency across localization processes, balancing hands-on project management with quality oversight, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization. While maintaining a strong foundation in linguistic quality, this role is focused on managing workflows, improving operations, and enabling scalable solutions through the effective use of translation technologies, including AI/ML‑enabled tools.You will also support governance efforts by reinforcing standardized processes, terminology usage, and vendor performance expectations, while continuing to provide associate oversight as required by CMS guidelines.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing complex localization projects, enjoys working cross‑functionally, and is motivated to improve processes and systems that support enterprise‑level localization at scale.
