About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with strong experience in content studios and localisation, ideally across the Benelux market, to join our growing team. This role sits at the center of a fast-paced, high-volume content environment, where you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative work across multiple brands and markets.
You will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects ranging from quick-turnaround content to complex localization of global campaigns across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of content projects, from briefing and validation to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including traffic managers, designers, copywriters, and motion editors
- Oversee a wide range of projects, including high-volume content production and localisation across digital, OOH, POS, and ecommerce channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner across multiple brands and stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables
- Take ownership of your workstream, with support from a Group Account Director and a Junior Account Manager when needed
- Manage workflows and timelines using project management tools, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery
- Maintain strong operational standards, including accurate project tracking, tagging, and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in a content studio, localisation, or adaptation environment
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g. Wrike or similar)
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for high-quality creative output and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to identify opportunities to elevate content beyond adaptation toward local relevance
- Professional proficiency in French is required
Languages
- Advanced level of French
- English (mandatory)
- Any other languages are a plus.
