About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Project Manager to manage the complete lifecycle of translation and localization projects — from client acquisition and quotation to production coordination and final delivery.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business development skills with hands-on project management expertise, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of translation and localization projects from client acquisition and quotation to final delivery.
- Handle client communication, understand project requirements, timelines, and quality expectations, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate and assign linguists/resources based on project scope, expertise, availability, and deadlines.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution through Translation, Editing, and Proofreading (TEP) stages while ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, terminology, formatting, and quality standards.
- Perform final quality reviews before delivery and coordinate revisions or corrections when required.
- Monitor project profitability, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs while reporting updates to management.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Sales, or Operations within the Language Services Provider (LSP) industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a language or localization specialist.
- Advanced proficiency in Smartcat or similar CAT tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Experience in client handling, vendor coordination, and deadline management preferred.
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, Business, or a related field is desirable.

Work Conditions
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT (including 1-hour lunch break)
- Working days: Monday through Friday
- Flexibility to support urgent projects outside regular working hours or weekends when required.
