The OpportunityWe’re looking for a highly organised Globalisation Quality Coordinator to support a busy Globalisation Operations team, helping to deliver high-quality localisation projects across a range of digital services.This is a project-focused role where you’ll play a key part in keeping quality initiatives on track. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality evaluation workflows across multiple localisation projects.
- Track project milestones and ensure quality deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including trackers, process guides and reporting.
- Work closely with internal Quality Management teams and external suppliers to support project delivery.
- Produce regular progress updates and status reports for key stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks or blockers early and escalate where appropriate to keep projects on track.
- Support continuous improvement by helping to refine processes and documentation.
About You
You’ll be an organised and proactive project coordinator with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in localisation, language operations or a similar field.
- Strong project coordination or project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience producing clear, well-structured documentation, including trackers, reports, guidelines and process documentation.
- The confidence to identify risks, solve problems and proactively escalate issues when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly in a fast-moving environment.
