Role Description

This is a remote Puerto Rico Spanish role at DatoviaPlayHouse where the primary responsibilities include providing language services, such as translation, transcription, or localization, in Puerto Rican Spanish. Day-to-day tasks will include ensuring language accuracy, cultural relevance, and high-quality deliverables in all projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to designated guidelines, and maintaining timely completion of tasks are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Puerto Rican Spanish, including fluency in both written and spoken forms, and a strong understanding of grammatical and cultural nuances.
• Experience in Translation, Transcription, or Localization to maintain high-quality and culturally accurate content.
• Strong attention to detail, editing, and proofreading skills to ensure content consistency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams remotely.
• Familiarity with language service tools, linguistics software, or translation platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Spanish Language Studies, Translation, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with or understanding AI systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
