About The RoleAs a Publisher, you will create, localize, and language-review high-quality product content across the Nordic markets. Using AI-supported tools, you will help ensure accuracy and consistency.We are hiring several Publishers in Oslo. Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is required to perform language review and ensure high-quality localisation of product content.Key Responsibilities

  • Create, adapt, and publish product content across markets
  • Localize and translate content into Nordic languages (AI-supported where applicable)
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information
  • Follow defined workflows, templates, and guidelines
  • Perform quality checks before and after publishing
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in workflows, tools, and efficiency
  • Adapt to changes in structures, workflows, priorities, and tools
  • Act proactively by taking initiative, picking up tasks, and addressing potential issues before they escalate

Profile

  • Relevant education within e-commerce, marketing, communication, or similar
  • Interest in digital content, product information, and online retail
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured processes
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (CMS/PIM experience is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish)
  • Interest in AI tools and how they can be used to improve content creation and workflows
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Work locationThis role is based in Oslo and involves working closely with one of our leading Nordic retail clients, with a minimum of 3 days on-site.Salary rangeNOK 400,000–450,000 per yearEmployment termsFixed-term employment (12 months), connected to a specific project, with an expected start date in May or June. Interviews are ongoing.Applications may be submitted in English or in a relevant Nordic language.
