** Open to remote applicants or Israel based **

SeatPick is a profitable, bootstrapped B2C startup redefining how fans discover and buy tickets to live events worldwide. Think of us as “the Skyscanner for live events” – a global ticket comparison platform across sports, music, and live entertainment.

We attract millions of users annually and are expanding rapidly into new markets and languages. Our product-first, tech-led approach brings transparency, scale, and trust to a complex global ecosystem.

To support our global growth, we’re building scalable localization and content operations powered by smart processes, automation, and AI-first thinking.

We’re now looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Global Expansion team and help drive execution across multiple international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end localization and geo-expansion projects across multiple global markets
  • Build, maintain, and own project plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com, or similar
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal stakeholders, freelancers, and outsourced teams
  • Ensure all geo-specific outputs meet quality, consistency, brand, and SEO standards
  • Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions
  • Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and status updates to ensure management visibility
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to help scale localization and content operations efficiently
  • Adopt and champion an AI-first approach to productivity, QA, and workflow automation

You’re a Fit If You Have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management (experience in localization, content, or marketing projects is a strong plus)
  • Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel
  • High technical curiosity and comfort working with data, automation tools, and AI-powered processes
  • Proven experience working with freelancers or outsourced teams; experience managing international teams is a big advantage
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is a must, additional languages are a plus

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Global scope — make an impact across multiple markets, languages, and cultures
  • Fast-moving environment with real ownership and autonomy
  • Collaborative, high-caliber team that values initiative, innovation, and results
  • Bonus points if you’re passionate about sports, music, and live events
