LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Product Specialist (French). This role will lead the evolution and growth of our French language digital experience across France and Canada. You will contribute to shaping product content, optimizing conversion funnels, launching localization projects, and improving usability to meet the unique needs of our French language users. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with the option to work fully remote across Canada or hybrid from our Edmonton, Alberta office.Primary Responsibilities

  • Optimize our French-language websites (DocumentsLegaux France and LawDepot Canada) to improve the overall user experience and drive measurable improvements to key performance indicators
  • Write and refine French content to improve usability, comprehension, and completion rates
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initial concept to implementation and post-launch optimization
  • Adapt existing product offerings and website experience to better align with the needs, behaviors, and expectations of French-speaking users
  • Ideate and launch new website components and features that improve usability, functionality, and customer experience
  • Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, A/B experiment results, and market trends to inform product enhancements and growth strategies
  • Identify and prioritize new product initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility
  • Explore and implement new customer acquisition methods to drive qualified traffic and support business growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Research, Design, Development, and Legal teams to ensure timely and successful project outcomes
  • Utilize internal content management systems to implement website changes
  • Work on other French based translation and localization projects (ex. Paid Search campaigns, SEO content creation)

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

  • Excellent French communication skills, with the ability to craft marketing copy for websites, SEO content, emails, and other online consumer facing media
  • Understanding of France-based e-commerce and online consumer behavior
  • Basic working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Writing, Business, or other relevant fields
  • Ability to suggest new ideas and identify high-value products and features to improve conversion rates on our French sites
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and find creative solutions
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices across desktop and mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and tools to streamline processes
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of business and marketing best practices would be an asset
  • Experience in online ad copywriting and email marketing would be an asset
  • Design experience with a focus on mobile website design would be an asset
