🧠 Your Day-to-Day

• Review and assess AI chatbot conversations
• Identify errors, poor responses, or missed resolutions
• Flag policy, safety, or quality issues
• Improve how the system understands user intent
• Suggest improvements to AI training and workflows
• Ensure conversations are accurate, helpful, and compliant

🎯 What You Bring

• Portuguese C1 (native preferred)
• English C1 (training & systems)
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working with systems and structured tasks
• Ability to stay focused in a quality-driven environment

💰 Salary & Benefits (Clearly Structured)

• Base Salary - €1,045.72 gross per month
• Performance Bonus - €160 per month
• Meal Allowance - up to €80 per month (approx. €4 per working day)
• Relocation Package - provided

📈 Salary Progression

• After 12 months - salary increases to €1,100 gross per month
• After 36 months - salary increases to €1,150 gross per month
