Whether assisting in a baby’s birth, helping a 911 operator during emergencies, guiding a couple through their first home loan, or aiding with emigration office processes, each moment is unique. You’re Our Ideal Candidate If:

• Fluent in English and French: Communicating in these languages is second nature to you (minimum level C1 in English).
• Experience in Contact Centers: Your background equips you to handle diverse situations with ease.
• Flexible Schedule: Available for shifts from 07 am to 07 am, Monday to Sunday, with two days off during the week.
• Training Commitment: Ready to engage in training for 6 hours daily over three weeks.
• Empathetic & Neutral: Demonstrate sensitivity and politeness towards people from diverse backgrounds.
