The Multimedia Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of multimedia localization and production projects, with a strong focus on dubbing and adaptation workflows, ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end multimedia localization projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to client specifications.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including translators, subtitle editors, adapters, audio engineers, voice talents, and video editors.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain transparent communication throughout each project.
- Anticipate potential risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the onboarding and training of new resources in multimedia workflows and tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools for multimedia localization.
- Track and analyze project KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills, Experience, and Training Required
- University graduate (Translation, Interpretation, Audiovisual Communication, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience in project management within the multimedia, localization, dubbing, or post-production industry.
- Strong knowledge of multimedia workflows, especially dubbing and adaptation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Subtitle Edit is desirable.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, Gmail tools, and project management systems.

- Availability to work remotely in LATAM or European time zones, Monday to Friday.
