Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete daily translation tasks for the multilingual team, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Proofread and review translations from team members to maintain linguistic consistency, accuracy, and alignment with MEXC’s brand tone.
• Manage end-to-end team operations, including task allocation, cross-team communication, and mentoring team members to enhance their professional skills.
• Conduct Language Quality Assessment (LQA), debug translation issues, and perform cross-checks across web and app platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
• Optimize and maintain translation memory and terminology databases to improve team efficiency and ensure consistent translations across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management, task allocation, and coordination, with a track record of mentoring and developing translation professionals.
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Chinese and English, with exceptional linguistic skills (writing, editing, proofreading).
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in translation/localization within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure remote work environment.
• Practical experience with LQA processes, terminology management, and translation memory tools; proficiency in CAT tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ) is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address translation challenges efficiently.
