We're looking for a Multilingual InDesign / Localization Layout Specialist to join our team! If you have strong experience in Adobe InDesign, multilingual layout adaptation, and document QA, and you enjoy working with complex localization challenges, this role is for you. 🚀

What you’ll do:

✅ Format translated content into existing Adobe InDesign templates.

✅ Adjust layouts to accommodate language-specific expansion, contraction, and formatting differences.

✅ Handle multilingual publishing challenges (RTL layouts, CJK typography, font compatibility, etc.).

✅ Detect and fix layout issues such as overflow, overlap, spacing, and alignment problems.

✅ Perform visual comparisons against reference documents to ensure high-quality output.

✅ Validate final layouts and support QA workflows for multilingual content.

✅ Collaborate with technical and product teams, especially around automation and QA tooling.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign in production environments.

✅ Proven experience working with multilingual document formatting and localization-ready layouts.

✅ Experience adapting templates for translated content across languages with different scripts and spacing rules.

✅ Solid experience in layout QA and final output validation.

✅ Strong English communication skills.

What we value:

🔍 Familiarity with automated layout QA, visual comparison tools, or issue detection workflows.
