If this sounds exciting to you, please read on.As the Manager I, Operations, you will supervise a team of Localization Specialists. Your team will be in charge of quality, accuracy and localization in subtitles and dubs. Through production support, the team will validate accuracy of contents and correct or improve accuracy when necessary; through collaboration with AI tools, the team will continuously improve the effectiveness of technology to transcript, translate and dub content. The team will also support internal audits to ensure our customers get the best subtitles, improving their streaming experienceAs a manager, you will be in charge of defined problems by delegating tasks, identifying roadblocks and recommending trade-offs. You will also be responsible for delivering on team goals, providing guidance or coaching to your direct reports and for hiring new talent. To succeed in this role, you will need experience leading operational teams, executing deliverables with guidance, communicating effectively and improving operational processes by driving standardization or resource optimization.Please note that this is a Madrid office-based role.Key job responsibilities
