We are looking for a Localization & Content Operations Specialist to join an international team responsible for managing, localizing, and maintaining customer-facing content across digital platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating translations, managing platform content, supporting software releases, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across Web, Android, and iOS applications.

🧠 What we're looking for:

• Experience in Localization, Content Operations, Product Operations, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience coordinating translation and multilingual content review processes.
• Ability to manage structured content while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and change management processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

⭐ Nice to have:

• Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, FinTech, Trading, Healthcare, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of trading platforms, financial markets, or investment products.
• Experience supporting software releases, production deployments, change management, or audit activities.
• Fluency in three or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish, Chinese, or Portuguese.
• Experience managing Apple App Store and Google Play Store content, including metadata, descriptions, screenshots, and release updates.
