Job Title: Localization Quality Project Manager

Location: Canada (Remote- PST Times)

Duration: 06 Months Contract with possible extension

Multilingual- English + French/ Chinese/ Japanese/ Spanish

What You’ll Do

  • Support day to day Quality Management Operations across a variety of programs and services at Client or for other clients, based on business needs.
  • Support establishing and executing Quality processes, documentations, onboardings, and training with Translators, Transcribers, Reviewers, and Auditors.
  • Coordinate seamless project handoffs and proactively drive projects through to successful completion, ensuring all deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Resource management support of Localization IC talent community network, which may include:
  • Reviewing, qualifying and screening resources for internal demand and requirements
  • Sourcing for new languages when / as needed, based on Client business requirements
  • Working cross-functionally with Client teams from S&P (Strategy & Planning), Contingency Workforce Management and Client Localization Experience (Quality Management) teams to support day-to-day needs
  • Help keep our relevant Quality Operations training documentations up to date
  • Manage quality performance of in-house resource pool of translators and transcribers
  • Support managing and triaging inbound Quality issues and bugs
  • Understand Client and Client AI Solutions’ quality requirements across various services and programs

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2-3 years of general localization industry experience, preferably in the tech industry - multilingual domain knowledge is a requirement
  • Understanding of Project Management / Program Management
  • Experience with recruiting and sourcing freelancer talents is helpful
  • Able to take direction as well as to work independently with multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of best practices for professional translation, localization and transcription services
  • Passionate about Client and our mission
