Localization Quality Program Manager (AI & Vendor Operations)

An international technology organisation is hiring a Localization Quality Program Manager to join a high-performing global language management team supporting AI-first localisation initiatives at scale.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with localisation quality, vendor management, and data-driven language operations experience who wants exposure to cutting-edge AI localisation environments.
You will work across global localisation programs, partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve language quality, operational efficiency, and automation maturity across multiple international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive localisation quality programs across 6–8 languages
- Manage localisation vendor performance and quality delivery
- Develop scalable quality frameworks and operational processes
- Analyse localisation quality metrics and resolve performance gaps
- Support AI-driven localisation workflows and automation initiatives
- Improve terminology management and source content optimisation
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external LSPs
- Lead change management initiatives across localisation operations
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement operational improvements
- Ensure consistent quality standards across locales without in-house language managers
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in localisation, language quality, or localisation operations
- Background in localisation quality management, localisation program management, or language operations
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience working with localisation service providers (LSPs)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret quality metrics and operational KPIs
- Familiarity with CAT tools and TMS platforms
- Exposure to machine translation and AI localisation workflows
- Strong communication skills across global and culturally diverse teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field preferred
