‍The Role:Localization Project Manager

The Localization Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end localization and translation projects across multiple languages and regions. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages vendor relationships, oversees schedules and budgets, ensures quality standards, and drives continuous process improvements to support global business growth.

‍What will you do?

• Lead and manage localization projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverable and report project performance metrics
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop dashboards and executive summaries on project status, quality, delivery performance, and budget utilization.
• Analyze localization data to support strategic decision-making
  
  

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing localization or translation projects
• Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English, Indonesia, Excel, Ms Project, Ms Power Point, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
