We are most well known for the Elements of AI, a course on the basics of AI developed in collaboration with the University of Helsinki. We have over 2,2 million students around the world and our products have been translated to over 25 languages.
MinnaLearn consists of a multifunctional team of 9 people. Life at MinnaLearn is fast paced and warm hearted. We are simultaneously serving a growing number of customers and developing our product to be the best in the World.
The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to own the end-to-end process of bringing our AI literacy course into new languages. You'll coordinate the full lifecycle of each language launch — from hiring and onboarding translators, quality assurance reviewers, and voice-over artists, to managing their work, to overseeing final quality assurance before release. This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll be the central point of contact keeping multiple freelancers and internal team members aligned and on schedule.
Day to day, you'll post and manage job openings, evaluate and contract freelancers, and guide them through our GitHub-based workflow. You'll also run prompt testing and benchmarking for each language, coordinate voice-over recording and audio quality assurance, and manage the final review of each course once it's live on our platform. Strong organization matters here: at any given time you may have several languages moving through different phases at once.
Because our content is the product, quality is everything. You'll be responsible for making sure each localized course sounds natural, accurate, and engaging to native speakers — catching issues before learners ever see them, and knowing when to loop in translators for native-speaker judgment calls. You'll work independently but stay closely connected to the team for selection decisions and platform handoffs.
We're a growing startup, so this role is likely to evolve over the course of the year as our needs and processes develop. Flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges will serve you well. This is a fixed-term position running until 31.8.2027, covering a period of parental leave.
