LILT is looking for a Localization Project Manager to oversee end-to-end program delivery and SLA management. The role involves managing project workflows, ensuring timely delivery, and balancing priorities across multiple tasks and customers.
Key responsibilities include resource strategy and team leadership, quality and risk assurance, and technical execution. The manager will maintain resource pipelines, train support staff, monitor quality KPIs, and enforce production SOPs.
Candidates will work remotely, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet SLAs, resolve issues, and support the company's mission to make information available in all languages.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred 2+ years of professional experience in a field similar or related to Localization Project Management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
