What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure successful production execution across a portfolio of Life Science accounts
• Manage the end-to-end project management workflow, ensuring timely delivery according to customer SLAs
• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues and implement mitigation plans
• Maintain accurate system administration, including data entry and invoicing
• Train supporting resources on key production processes and methodologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience, preferably in clinical trials localization
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in project management within the Life Sciences industry
• Familiarity with production workflows and processes related to localization
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices in project management
• Ability to self-source resources from existing vendor databases
• Experience with tools for project management and production enablement
