Localization Project Manager

Poland, remote, around 25h per week

B2B 100 - 200 PLN net+vat/h

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple translation and localization projects end‑to‑end.
• Liaise with clients to define scope, timelines, and project requirements.
• Assess project needs and select appropriate vendors; negotiate deadlines and workloads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freelance and in‑house vendors worldwide.
• Track project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues.
• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets are consistently met.
• Accurately manage and report project financials.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management within the Language Services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in linguistics, business, or a scientific field.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong quality focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while following structured processes.
• Advanced IT skills.
• Experience with TMS and CAT tools; hands‑on experience with XTRF and/or memoQ is highly desirable.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
