Position: Project Manager (Seasonal Contractor)

Location: United States (U.S.-based)

• Expected Start Date: June 15, 2026
• Rate to Offer: $25.00/hour
• Duration: June through September/October (depending on business needs)
• Schedule:
• Standard hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST
• Eastern Time schedule can be discussed if needed
• Weekend support may be required toward the end of the campaign (August) and during peak periods

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Localization Management as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding of localization workflows and multilingual project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with CAT tools, translation workflows, and vendor coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Requirements for Seasonal Localization PM Support

Given the nature of our seasonal projects (AEP and peak delivery periods), candidates should also demonstrate:

• Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven programs
• Comfort working with standardized SOPs and client-specific requirements
• Strong risk management and escalation handling skills
• Ability to quickly onboard into existing workflows and tools
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and workload fluctuations
