International Project Manager

We are seeking an International Project Manager to support the execution of global marketing and communications initiatives across international regions, with a focus on Western Europe and APAC. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to localize content, manage workflows, coordinate translations, and ensure projects are delivered on time across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables for international marketing and communications projects.
• Coordinate localization and translation efforts for global content.
• Support execution across channels including digital, print, email, social media, and events.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects for marketing, communications, or integrated campaign teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience with project management software.
• Background in a regulated industry preferred.
• Adobe Workfront and medical device industry experience are a plus.

Location & Schedule

Hybrid role based in the Rice Creek East area, with four days onsite per week. Earlier working hours may be needed to support international collaboration across time zones.

Interview Process

Two rounds of video interviews, including a hiring manager interview and panel interview.
