𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥 | LOCALIZATION INDUSTRY 🌎 Remote | 🇦🇷Argentina Only | 🕘 Full Time, Pacific Time Hours We’re hiring a Project Manager to join a fast paced language services environment focused on translation, localization, proofreading, and multimedia projects.This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience in the localization industry, who enjoys working cross functionally, managing complex workflows, and ensuring an excellent client experience from kickoff to delivery. You Will:✔️ Lead translation, localization, and proofreading projects from start to finish✔️ Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and purchase orders✔️ Coordinate linguists and vendors based on project and client requirements✔️ Maintain strong communication with clients, linguists, and internal teams✔️ Run QA controls and ensure projects meet client expectations✔️ Troubleshoot localization workflow issues and support continuous process improvement We’re looking for someone with:✔️ Proven experience as a Project Manager in translation, localization, or language services✔️ Availability to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English✔️ Experience with CAT tools and project management software✔️ Knowledge of subtitling, SRT files, and app, UI, or website localization✔️ Familiarity with AI applications in localization workflows✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace✔️ A proactive, detail oriented, and team player mindset If you enjoy managing multilingual projects, solving problems in dynamic environments, and making a real impact through high quality delivery and client satisfaction, this role is for you.
