Responsibilities

• Explore Innovative Growth Paths : Conduct in-depth research on local market trends in the UAE and other Middle Eastern regions, combine user behavior and cultural habits, propose innovative growth strategies and assist in implementation, and help products stand out in the local market.
• Optimise Product Localisation Experience : Participate in improving the user experience of Arabic products, including optimising product processes, event design, visual presentation, and copywriting content, and conducting cultural sensitivity audits to ensure that products conform to local culture and improve Customer Satisfaction Score.
• Carry out localisation research : assist in market survey, product research and user research, understand various preferences of local users, analyse the localisation strategies of competitors, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of local top competing products, and provide data support for product optimisation.
• Track local dynamics : Regularly report local industry hotspots, competing product localisation dynamics, and cryptocurrency-related regulatory changes, pay attention to major events affecting the industry, and provide timely insights for team decision-making.
• Assist the mentor in completing tasks : Assist the mentor in completing other work related to the localisation operation in the Arabic-speaking area to ensure the efficient progress of the project.

Requirements

• Arabic is the mother tongue, with English communication skills, able to efficiently carry out cross-language collaboration.
• Living in UAE, familiar with local culture and market environment, with a basic understanding or strong interest in Web3 and cryptocurrency fields.
• Possessing innovative thinking and initiative, able to propose novel ideas in Localisation growth strategies, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Can work 3-5 days a week, able to coordinate flexible work arrangements with the supervisor in advance to ensure work efficiency.
