We're looking for a Localization Manager who ensures that content works seamlessly across languages, markets, and formats. In this role, you'll manage the localization of campaigns and content for international markets, combining AI-supported translation workflows with human expertise to deliver high-quality, market-ready assets at scale.

Rather than acting as a traditional translator, you'll coordinate multilingual content production, ensuring every asset is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, legally compliant, and technically optimized for digital, social, retail, print, and motion formats.

Working closely with Copywriters, Content Specialists, Designers, Producers, and local stakeholders, you'll help deliver consistent brand communication across multiple markets while continuously improving localization workflows and production standards.

What You'll Do

  • Manage localization workflows across multiple languages, markets, and content formats.
  • Coordinate the adaptation of campaign copy, digital content, social media assets, retail communication, print materials, and product information.
  • Leverage AI-powered translation and localization tools to increase efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ensure localized content aligns with brand voice, market expectations, and legal requirements.
  • Adapt mandatory messages, disclaimers, product information, and regulatory copy for local markets.
  • Ensure copy fits character limits, templates, layouts, motion timing, and production specifications.
  • Coordinate review cycles with local market stakeholders and language reviewers where required.
  • Perform quality assurance on localized content before production and publication.
  • Identify localization challenges, translation risks, and recurring language issues, driving continuous improvements across workflows and templates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure localization supports content strategy, SEO, and production requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in localization, multilingual content management, translation coordination, or international marketing.
  • Strong understanding of localization workflows across digital, social, print, and retail communications.
  • Experience using AI-powered translation and localization tools.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing copy, product communication, and multilingual content adaptation.
  • Ability to manage multiple languages, markets, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on linguistic quality, consistency, and cultural relevance.
  • Understanding of template-driven production, character limitations, versioning, and layout considerations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance automation with human quality control and know when additional review is required.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages—particularly German—are a strong advantage.
