We are looking:

We are looking for a hands-on Localization Manager to plan, coordinate, and quality-check the daily production of localized Meta and Google ads. This role sits at the center of our paid media localization workflow and ensures that the right ads are localized, produced, approved, and launched on time — in the right language, format, and tone.

You will work closely with paid media managers, designers, and automation tools to scale winning ad creatives into multiple markets while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Get ready to:

• Lead the localization process for Meta ads, Google ads, and email marketing content end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand alignment.
• Review production logs daily, define localization priorities, and ensure ads and emails are localized and launched on time.
• Analyze core marketing KPIs and performance data (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, revenue, engagement) to decide what to localize, scale, iterate, or stop.
• Decide what should be localized next: high-performing EN ads or emails to scale into new languages, or iterations of existing localized assets (often using AI).
• Prepare and coordinate localization tasks for designers and email specialists, track progress, and communicate priorities with Meta, Google, and email teams.
• Review, quality-check, and approve localized ads and emails, ensuring correct language, IDs, formats, and no remaining English text.

We expect you to:

• Have experience in localization, translation project management, marketing operations, or performance marketing.
• Be prepared to read, analyze, and interpret marketing KPIs and data, and make localization decisions based on business impact.
• Have strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Have experience working with paid ads, email marketing content or creative production workflows.
• Be comfortable using analytics and workflow tools and AI-assisted content generation tools.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500-3500 EUR/month.
