We are seeking a Localisation Manager to oversee the translation and management of our digital content across multiple products & markets. This role serves as the bridge between content designers, developers, and translators, ensuring consistent messaging and user experience across languages.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create and manage content keys for multiple products and languages on the localisation platform

● Collaborate with content designers to curate content in different markets

● Work with developers to implement localisation solutions

● Supervise translation projects and work with the local teams to ensure exceptional quality

● Resolve linguistic defects to unblock and smooth the software release

Prerequisites:

● 3+ years of experience in localising software and/or services across multiple markets

● Great to have experience with design tools, particularly Figma

● Good to have experience with translation management systems, particularly Phrase

● Good understanding of localisation processes and content key management methods, such as creating branches and managing releases

● Great communication skills to coordinate between the design and engineering teams

● Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
