WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own localisation projects from request intake to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Manage communication with freelance translators and reviewers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain and optimise translation memories, glossaries, and style guides to support consistency at scale
  • Perform quality checks on translated content, ensuring linguistic accuracy, consistency, and adherence to tone of voice
  • Support workflow execution in the TMS, including task creation, tracking, and basic troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Product, Marketing, Ops) to clarify requirements and provide localisation guidance
  • Enable Product and Engineering teams in a fast paced environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in localisation, translation, or a related field
  • Strong interest in localisation, global communication, and language quality
  • Precision-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Motivated and driven individual that excels in a highly dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with localisation tools and AI models (e.g. CAT tools, TMS such as Lokalise)
  • Proven ability to manage project lifecycles, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality localized content
  • Capable to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
