Role Description

This is a full-time work-from-home role for a Lithuanian Translator. The primary responsibilities include translating documents and content from various languages into Lithuanian and vice versa, ensuring accurate and contextually appropriate translations. The role also involves proofreading translated content, collaborating with team members, conducting terminology research, and maintaining cultural and linguistic nuances. As a remote role, this position requires effective communication and time management to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lithuanian and another language, with strong translation and linguistic skills
• Experience with proofreading and editing translated materials to ensure accuracy
• Knowledge of translation tools and software is advantageous
• Strong research abilities to maintain cultural and contextual relevance in translations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a remote environment
• Prior translation experience or a relevant language certification is preferred
