Hiring:
o Interviews: The coach is involved in the initial stage of the hiring process, conducting the first round of interviews. This step is crucial to assess candidates' Japanese language proficiency, ensuring that they meet the necessary language requirements for the role.
o Assessment: The coach evaluates candidates' verbal and written communication skills in Japanese, providing insights into their fluency, accuracy, and overall ability to handle Japanese-speaking customers effectively.
2. Communication & Culture Training
o Communication & Culture Training for new hires focused on enhancing soft skills and business communication aligned with Japanese culture.
o Session covers essential aspects of the job, focusing on language use in various customer service scenarios, cultural nuances, and effective communication strategies.
3. Coaching & Feedback:
o Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to new hires and team members to improve their language skills and performance based on the process metrics findings.
o Offers constructive feedback, helping team members refine their grammar and language-related issues, and overall communication style.
o Preparation classes for JLPT
4. Language Proficiency Improvement:
o Holds weekly sessions aimed at improving Japanese language proficiency, ensuring continuous development of language skills including advanced grammar lessons, vocabulary building, and practice in various communication styles.
o Conducts customized programs in collaboration with the hierarchy team based on requirements
