As a Synopsis QC Evaluator, you will be responsible for reviewing synopses for the client's titles, assessing whether they meet the client's Foundational Quality Standard before publication. You will evaluate both series-level and episodic synopses, working across a high volume of titles spanning genres, formats, and languages.

Desired Skills and Experience
Required:- Native or near-native Japanese fluency with exceptional command of written English, including grammar, syntax, style, and register.- Background in film, television, or entertainment, with a deep understanding of storytelling across genres and formats (series, films, limited series, reality, documentaries, animation) and global content.- Strong editorial judgment and exceptional attention to detail-you catch what others miss.- Ability to make confident, consistent pass/fail decisions under time pressure.- Comfortable working in structured digital workflows and data entry tools (Airtable experience is a plus).- Collaborative mindset-calibration is a core part of this role, and alignment with your team is essential.Preferred:- Prior experience in copy editing, content writing, metadata, localization, or entertainment quality control.- Familiarity with streaming content across a variety of genres and regions.- Experience working in RLHF or annotation workflows.- Ability to identify culturally sensitive and inclusive language issues across a wide range of subject matter.Equal Opportunity Notice
