For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Localization to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.Location: Redwood City, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $213,000 – $319,000 annually

‍Responsibilities

• Own internal guidance on language sets, service levels, and translation quality
• Evaluate and update priority languages and language tiering models
• Reinforce localization and internationalization best practices organization-wide
• Serve as an escalation point for translation-related issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify translation needs by language tier
• Establish and distribute style guidelines for translation tone and formality
• Manage approved translation and localization vendors and tools
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in localization, translation management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of language tiering models and translation quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence
• Experience managing vendor relationships and driving process improvements
