About the Role

The Game Producer owns the feature and engine side of our localized titles. Where our concept and art functions shape the story and look, the Producer is accountable for what makes the game play well and earn well: feature design that fits the engine, gameplay that drives retention and average spins per session, and the math-aware judgment to know when a mechanic will lift performance versus when it will quietly truncate it. This is a builder's role for someone who has shipped real slot titles and understands that a feature is only as good as its measured impact

You will work hands-on with external engine partners, translate commercial goals into concrete feature specifications, and stay accountable for a title's numbers after it goes live. You are fluent with modern AI tools and use them to work faster and sharper, not as a novelty. You are not a project administrator. You are a product owner for the gameplay experience

Key Responsibilities

• Feature design: Design and specify game features and mechanics for localized titles, ensuring each feature fits the source engine's capabilities and reinforces the title's commercial positioning.
• Engine optimization: Work with partner studios to optimize gameplay on licensed source engines, balancing player experience against math integrity and the engine's technical constraints.
• Build hit gameplay: Drive the gameplay decisions that produce standout titles, improving retention and average spins per user rather than adding complexity for its own sake. Use modern AI tools to move faster through this work, from rapid brief drafting to mechanic prototyping, and help automate the repetitive parts of our pipeline.
• Math-aware judgment: Understand how features interact with paytables, RTP, and max-win caps. Model the interaction between levers, not each lever in isolation, so a mechanic lifts EV rather than capping it.
• Performance accountability: Stay responsible for a title's live numbers (GGR, MABD, D+1 retention, ARPU, revenue capture) and feed learnings back into the next build.
• Partner delivery: Translate intake packs and feature briefs into clear, buildable direction for engine partners, and review deliverables at milestone gates.
• Content safety and compliance: Build within PAGCOR requirements and DigiPlus cultural guardrails, treating Filipino cultural elements with pride, ownership, and respect.

Qualifications:

• Proven slot experience: Hands-on production experience on shipped slot titles, with a track record of features that moved real performance numbers.
• Mechanics fluency: Deep working knowledge of slot mechanics: free spins, hold-and-spin, cascades, wilds and multipliers, buy features, and how each behaves inside an engine.
• Math literacy: Comfort reading PAR sheets and paytables and reasoning about RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and max-win cap behavior. You do not need to author the math, but you must understand its consequences.
• Commercial instinct: Ability to anchor design decisions in performance data rather than creative speculation.
• AI literacy: Genuinely current with AI tools and eager to stay on that edge. You apply them in your daily work and look for ways to automate manual steps in the pipeline so the team ships more, faster.
• Partner communication: Clear, collaborative communication with external engine partners, including in cross-cultural and cross-language working contexts.
• Filipino market knowledge: Genuine understanding of the Philippine player and a commitment to authentic, respectful localization.
• Experience co-developing on licensed source engines with external studios.
• Familiarity with the Philippine regulated gaming environment and PAGCOR compliance
• Exposure to live-ops performance analysis and reporting at a CPO or leadership level.
• Background working across slot studio engines (e.g. JILI, Fa Chai, JDB, Pragmatic Play, and similar).
