As part of our continued international expansion, we are preparing the launch of our new e-shop in Hungary.

About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Translator / Language Specialist (Greek–English–Hungarian) to support the launch and ongoing development of our Hungarian e-shop. This is a remote, project-based collaboration for a self-employed professional who will be responsible for translating, proofreading, and editing product and website content, ensuring linguistic accuracy, consistency, and high-quality customer communication.

What You'll Do

• Translate and adapt product and communication content (Greek ↔ Hungarian, English ↔ Hungarian where required)
• Proofread and edit website and product texts to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and brand tone of voice
• Review and improve existing translations before publication
• Ensure terminology consistency across product categories
• Collaborate remotely with the Packaging Design Marketing team to meet project deadlines
• Support the successful launch and continuous development of the Hungarian e-shop

What You'll Bring

• Excellent command of Hungarian, Greek, and English
• Native or near-native proficiency in Hungarian
• Degree or professional training in Translation, Linguistics, Philology, or a related field
• Previous experience in translation, proofreading, or localization
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with AI-assisted translation tools is considered an advantage

Nice to Have

• Previous experience translating e-commerce or retail content
• Knowledge of terminology management and linguistic quality assurance
• Experience working as a freelance translator with international companies
