Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Founder & Senior Localization Strategist. As the Founder & Senior Localization Strategist, you will oversee end-to-end localization strategies to ensure seamless market adaptation of content and services across global audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions, lead localization initiatives, and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tailored content. Core tasks include consulting on localization best practices, analyzing cultural nuances, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You will also mentor the team, champion quality assurance, and drive innovation across projects.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Localization, Translation, and Cultural Adaptation
  • Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Leadership skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development proficiency
  • Knowledge of Linguistics, International Markets, and Cross-Cultural Communication
  • High-level problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with localization tools and technologies such as CAT tools
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role or entrepreneurship preferred
  • Degree in Linguistics, Languages, Marketing, International Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Familiarity with emerging localization trends and market dynamics
