About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced localization managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for localization managers with 4+ years of professional translation or cross-cultural business experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: business and legal translation review, localization and tone-adaptation QA, cultural-context and etiquette assessments, native-fluency writing evaluation, terminology and glossary management, and bilingual client-facing materials.

‍Compensation: $100/hou

rCommitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

‍Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

• 4+ years in professional Japanese-English translation, localization, or bicultural business communications
• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese, with direct experience reviewing high-stakes Japanese-language business or legal materials
