DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY, TRANSFORMATION& AI

We are looking for someone who combines business vision,strong technology judgment, and the ability to execute. Someone who canidentify where technology creates real value and turn those opportunities intoworking solutions.
We are not looking for someone who will simply define astrategy.
We are looking for someone who can lead it and make it happen.
YOUR MISSION
Lead the technology, transformation, and AI strategy acrossP&F / Ofilingua, driving the evolution of our operations, processes, andclient solutions.
You will work directly with leadership and across teams, fromidentifying opportunities to scaling solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Define and prioritize the Technology, Transformation & AIroadmap.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, andprocess redesign.
Develop AI use cases with measurable business impact.Design and lead solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, andadvanced automation.
Integrate models, tools, platforms, and data through APIs.Build prototypes and take successful concepts into production.Evaluate technologies, models, platforms, partners, andvendors.
Define metrics for quality, reliability, cost, productivity,and ROI.
Identify new services and capabilities for clients.Lead implementation and support adoption across teams.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone who combines strategic thinking with technical depth.
Your background may be in applied AI, software engineering,automation, digital transformation, product development, language technology,or another technology-driven field.
Experience in several of these areas will be valuable:- Generative AI and foundation models.- LLM integration through APIs.- Python and automation.
- RAG and AI agents.
- Workflow orchestration.
- Systems integration and data pipelines.- AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability.- Technology product development.- Transformation programs.
- Language technology, localization, or NLP.
We are not looking for a specific collection of tools.Technology changes too quickly for that.
We care much more about how you think, how you prioritize,and what you can take from idea to production.
THE CHALLENGE
We do not want to add AI to legacy processes and call ittransformation.
We want to understand what is worth keeping, what should beimproved, and what can be redesigned entirely.And we want to use technology not only to operate moreeffectively, but to create new capabilities, products, and value for ourclients.
